I'm Feng (Robin) Zhou, Vice President of Human Capital at HongShan (formerly Sequoia China), based in Beijing.
My professional mission is centered on empowering people to grow and succeed great start-ups. At HongShan, one of Asia's leading venture capital firms, I work at the intersection of talent development and entrepreneurial success.
I believe human capital drives business success. With strategic talent coverage, leadership development and market insights, I help founders and investors build winning capabilities.
I am passionate about psychology—with a focus on humanistic psychology and psychoanalysis in particular. I also enjoy exploring and experimenting with various AGI-powered products and tools, such as AI agents, smart glasses, and intelligent recording devices.
Beyond professional work, I am a core member of BREAK 11, a band backed by HongShan where I play keyboard and occasionally guitar. I embrace a wide range of music styles.
